So everyone keeps asking us WHY IN THE WORLD we would move from sunny Arizona to snowy North Dakota. But take a look at this. We're not immune from the white stuff! Today, we awoke to a lovely blanket of snow (okay, so it was barely a dusting, but it was there). This afternoon we headed to the shady areas of the yard (and in this case - the neighbor's yard who has a fence) where the snow hadn't melted yet! I couldn't even form a snowball, and Rachel and Caleb were crying about cold hands (next time don't ignore your mother when she tells you to put on gloves!) within minutes and begging for hot cocoa (truth be told, they just want the whipped cream I squirt on top). So maybe we aren't quite ready for ND winters. Although it might help if we dressed for it! Where is that girl's jacket?!?!?
